Specific Terms of Use of the "Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer"

1. Subscription service.
   
   1. SCIENCESTANDING  is a trade mark owned by   3D TECH OMEGA ZETA, SL, a Spanish limited liability company, with registered domicile in Spain, 08006 Barcelona,  Valencia nº1, Complejo Roma 2000, Planta -1, Módulo 2. Any reference to SCIENCESTANDING shall be understood to 3D TECH OMEGA ZETA, SL.
   2. SCIENCESTANDING> provides a subscription service that allows subscribers access to the   "Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer"  streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected computers and other devices.
   3. These   Specific Terms of Use> govern your use of our service for viewing and watching all or different parts of the content of the   "Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer"  and are complementary with   General Conditions of Use  of our web page   www.sciencestanding.com. As used in these Specific Terms of Use, "our service" or "the service" means the service provided by   SCIENCESTANDING  for viewing and watching the content of   "Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer"
   4. Your subscription will be valid until for   a period of 12 months  from the day of your subscription.
   5. The   "Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer"  is composed of different sections. You can contract this subscription service for all the course or just one or several sections, according to the price list  . These Specific Terms of Use are applicable in both cases.

2. Service provided
   1. The content viewed through the service are for your   personal and non-commercial use only>. During your subscription,   we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the "Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer".  Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the subscription service, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
   
   
3. Passwords and Account Access.
   1. The subscriber who created its   SCIENCESTANDING account  is responsible of such   SCIENCESTANDING account  and the devices that are used to access our service. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, the subscriber should maintain control over the devices that are used to access the service and   not reveal the password associated with the account to anyone.  You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We may terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you or   SCIENCESTANDING  from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
   
   
4. Governing Law.
   These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

In certain instances, Customer Service may best be able to assist you by using a remote access support tool through which we will have access to your computer.


6. Survival.
   If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use are held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect


7. Changes to this Terms of Use..
   SCIENCESTANDING may, from time to time, change these Specific Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before these new Terms of Use apply to you.

   We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. expiry time, authorizations, changes in password, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration

   To what purpose do we process your personal data?  In sciencestanding we process the information you provide in order to allow access as a registered user of the Website and/or mobile application, as well as to adequately provide the services requested through these means, to comply with the billing, accounting and auditing requirements, to conduct statistical analyses and to verify credit cards and other payment cards.
   Furthermore, on providing consent, the data may also be used to make commercial communications by electronic means (e-mail, app or web browser) on other services that are marketed through the Website or mobile application of sciencestanding that sciencestanding believe would be of interest to you.

   Sciencestanding have virtual infrastructure, known as “cloud computing” with various providers in and outside the EU. The providers located outside the. EU comply with the “E.U-US Privacy Shield” agreement: Mailchimp, Stripe and LearnWorlds.
   Furthermore, Sciencestanding manages payments by way of banking institutions and payment gateways; such organisations will be provided with your data, in order to manage the payment of the services you have contracted.
   No other discloser of your data is foreseen, unless required for legal reasons.
   What are your rights when providing your data?  Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not sciencestanding is processing their personal data.
